If you are 18 you should know this..

There is a lot of excitement and fun in the teen age. We all had or you must be having. And, why not? You should be enjoying and moving with the flow where life takes you.

But, when you reach or cross 18 you should know this thing which I'll share right now and here only.

It is not to make you feel discouraged or low but to make you aware about the things which you should keep in mind while constructing your future.

Please, please, please! I beg you to get this thing into your head that there is "No one."

No one at all anytime and anywhere for you. You are alone! You are independent! You are one and the only miracle happened to this world.

No one will be taking your responsibility. No one. Not even your close ones. I mean not even your own parents.

Parents will be there but your issues are to be resolved by you only. Your parents will not be there, your close ones will not be there nor your trusted ones will be there.

You need to be your back-up, power-up and lift-up.

At this age, parents are there with you just to be with you. You must have listened to people saying that their parents are their strength but actually the game is not likely by their side because parents are just with you to be with you.

Your parents are not your strength but you are your strength, your motivation and your inspiration! No one takes your responsibility except you.

No one can guide you until you guide yourself.

If someone even guides you, it is not the guidance until you accept it and feed it into your brain.
Similarly, none of the advice of your parents or close ones will matter until you accept it.

You accept the guidance by taking the responsibility of the thoughts that you choose to carry along with you in your mind in near future.

You need to accept it that "you are alone." And, it depends on you to make the choice that, whether you want to accept this thing right know or delay it till the future.

No one will ever come to tell you to catch hold of the nib of the clock. You need to know- How to make time work for you?

By this age you should know that where you want to lead yourself and make your steps move in that direction. No matter what life brings in between you and your goals, you should enjoy each and every moment.

This only to make you fully aware of the things that you will definitely need in future, but:

No one means no one!

Learn to enjoy your company. Learn to make yourself happy. Because no one will come to make you happy.

If you are not happy, you can't give happiness to others. People should come to you seeking for happiness. It should not be like this that you are going to people seeking for happiness. The game should be reversed, if such thing is happening in your life.

You get to live only ones. And, likely you need to take responsibility for yourself only ones while other things doesn't matter.

There will be no one to tell you to get up and exercise. There will be no one to tell you to take risk and learn from failure. You should know The power of "failure!". There will be no one to come and tell you to spend your time with family instead of cellphones. And, there will be no one to come and tell you to read books instead of watching T.V.

Everytime, everywhere, ever moment we learn hardwork. We learn hardwork and we "only" learn hardwork.

I'll be telling you the typical reasons which you never knew due to which your hardwork does not pay off at all.

What does hardwork means?

Hardwork is the repetitive effort on one thing to achieve our goals.

Or, as google says;

What do we get from it?

That to achieve anything we should just dig into it? To get anything we should not learn except the task being performed? To get anything we need to scribble down the pages to make notes?

What do you think it is unique and cool? Not at all!

But, we understand like this only! Yes, it is happening. I also passed out from this stage and it really feels annoying. Its stressful and with stress you'll get more of stress, not success.

What happens when a person works harder day and night for longer hours is that, he becomes workaholic which is the very thing taking place in our society.

Even our parents are creating a stressful environment by following the course that does not brings happiness. And, they expect their children also to follow the same course of action and stay stressed with the work.

A child learns by observing and being our parent's child we are also learning one and the only thing that is hardwork.

Here, hardwork creates a conjusted environment in the area of mind. In some situations, when we try to do something or accomplish something our mind does not allow us to work.

What do you think it is because of? It is the result that hardwork brings in your hand. And, that is procastination by just working hard.

Because, we don't allow our body to relax and feel the moment. And, when the same process of working hard moves on and on, we once experience the state in when our mind cannot think outside one thing, that is, work.

We become the bottom of the rock not the soil of the surface.

Here, the intense situation occurs when there is no fun in doing the thing we work upon because the mind also need space to breathe and you should know to make your brain calm which you can know at 4 Easy ways to keep your mind as calm as "Billionaire"

The mind moves in the stagnant state or it become adaptive to the same motion, that, cannot think more than the moderate level. The creative mind stops working.

The creative mind works when you allow some air to enter into the core of mind. And, that come letting your body to be free from work.

Being free from work does not mean that you are wasting your time. It means you are investing your time to let your creative mind to inact.

Most of the creative ideas comes when you are engaged in some or the other activity except the work.

The other reason because of which your hardwork doen not pays off is: Aiming to complete the task.

By just aiming to complete the task does not gives you satisfaction. Satisfaction is recieved when you enjoy while working. And, if you enjoy while working your satisfaction will be doubled by the end of the task.

Same goes while reading a book. When you aim to complete the book, you just aim to complete the book! But, you don't aim to enjoy the book. By enjoying the book you will be able to finish it earlier, than you to aim to complete the book.

This is the thing similar in your work areas. People are not having the moment or that they are not allowing them to have the moment. Why? Because they are working hard!

Allow me to ask you a question that, whom do you think works harder among the CEO and the sweeper?

Any guesses?

Both work harder but there is plenty of difference between them. Not in their positions but in the way they work.

The CEO makes his brain run to earn money whereas the sweeper runs his hands to earn money.

Noticing the difference?

If you like to work hard, work hard by allowing the air to enter into your creative part of the mind.

Dan Lok, the serial entrepreneur, works only for 4 days a week and have fun for the next 3 days.

Why?

To let his mind give him more brilliant ideas so that he can excel in his business.

"Hardwork is important to success, but it is really dangerous to see it as the most important thing."

Another reason is that, hardwork creates boundaries in thinking.

When you aim to be perfect in one or the other thing it is really wrong! Perfection is for self-employed people like doctors, lecturer, teachers, etc.

Perfection is the trap which does not allow you to step out of it. Reason? Because you cannot do anything outsite the area you are perfect in.

Perfection makes you dependent on one particular thing. It does not gives you independence to act in other fields.

"You need to know a little about a lot"

Here is the point which I want to make that, logically one does the hardwork to get perfect. But, when we don't need to be perfect, why are we trying to do the hardwork?

I am not saying that hardwork is rubbish. My point of view is totally different from it. I insist you to work hard over the field but not in the field.

Because hardwork to achieve perfection reduces the awarness for the things other than which you are working on. It create boundaries in thinking and to allow other things to move into the brain.

So, don't let hardwork destroy the peace and relaxation of your mind.

You should be aware of the thing you want to work upon that, whether it will develop you or will it be leading you somewhere in future?

Or, if you decide to work hard on each and every thing, you'll get wrapped and will get nowhere.

The people who get success while working hard are aware of the things they are working upon and also the way to work accordingly to succeed. They know how to learn from the failure and move forward. They also know The power of "failure!"
